2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once your purchase is complete, and another email when your order has been shipped, containing tracking information.
3. Delivery Time

Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.
4. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping charge of ₹49 applies.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may incur an additional COD fee, which will be displayed during checkout.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order under “My Orders” in your Glife.shop account.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to your unavailability or incorrect address, the order will be returned to us, and re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Order Packaging
We ensure that your order is securely packed to avoid any damage in transit. Please do not accept the package if it appears tampered with or damaged.
8. Delayed or Lost Orders

9. Address Changes
If you wish to change your shipping address after placing the order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
